Now whether to support Ireland or England gives many of us in Wales a quandary. It took me 3 seconds to weigh up who to cheer for.

C'mon Ireland. :-D :-D :-D We can both give your OH a cwtch (hug) in the cwtch (coal hole) at end of match. My greatest delight this year is to see the Duke of Lancaster (can't remember his first name) looking thoroughly miserable. :-D

Thankyou John :-) :-)

I feel a bit of a fraud really! But I do love it!:-D :-D :-D

I THINK CASTRO WAS SHORT FOR CASTROGIOVANNI...but I may be wrong! :-S

Yes John!

Now I have a quandary!

I'M WELSH AND OH IS IRISH! :-D :-D :-D

Now OH supports Wales even if it comes to a match between Wales and Ireland BUT...IF IT INVOLVES IRELAND V ENGLAND....... :-| :-| :-| :-| :-| :-D :-D :-D

Of course if England beats Ireland then Wales will stand a better chance of winning the Championship!

AND THEREIN LIES MY QUANDARY :-S :-S :-S :-S

Hi Jems :-D

Many thanks. Get yourself another glass of Can y Delyn (or pis aderyn as my fil used to call it) and settle down for your next commentary. If Wayne is worth £300k a week (see other thread) you are worth £350k.

Btw, you got a bit carried away. According to wiki, a hairy man called Castro is Cuban, not Italian. ;-)

What an exciting and excellent finish for Emma and anyone else who supports Scotland. Italy are quite a good side this year, so all credit to the Scots. Showed real grit and granite.

Now to watch the winners (regrettably I feel we will come second this year - to my second fave nation, Ireland).

Scotland are pushing ahead. Richie Gray on the flank. Bad pass and ball went out.

Italy throw in. Scotland have stolen.

Scotland Scrum just outside Italy 22. Scotland put in.

They have a chance here! Could be the last play of the game!

Scrum collapsed. Scotland put in at the scrum still.

Scotland still have the ball and are pushing ahead. No mistakes now!

Scrum to Scotland right in the middle of the field! Last chance to get something from this. A drop goal would give them a 1 point lead to win!

Just been watching Chelsea scrape a victory against Everton - who were better, I thought. All those expensive foreign players, and it was Lampard crossing and Terry scoring. Now to watch the New Saints on S4C and perhaps pick up bits later of Ireland match.

So it is great to come on here and find out how Scots and Italy are getting on (in finite detail) :-D :-D :-D

JemimaFawr

JemimaFawr Report 22 Feb 2014 15:03
