	Its not bad at all George mainly the wind, but thats settling, the poor people down South I feel sorry, just been looking at Aberstwyth :-0 :-0

	Not bad thanks, just got back from the hospital, been there since 3.30. Been having problems with walking over the past few weeks, after another MRI they have told me I have degenerative something or the other, cant remember what its called. Its narrowing of the spinal channel I believe. but after an injection they have given me I should feel a bit better, so they say :-D :-D :-D :-D George :-)

	Dont breathe too close i dont wanna catch it ;-) :-( They have all been behaving in their normal blooney ways and I have had to keep a certain amount of decorum to save them getting whooshed off. They are all worn out and having naps etc, what have you been up to today??
