Red tape is irritating when you are unwell and a genuine person in need. We pay insurance hoping we won't need to make a claim but when this occasion arises it is never as straightforward as we had imagined............ sod's law, methinks!

Keep hanging in there Michael. I hope that you will soon feel less stressed and that Mrs M also will keep focused on her own health problems which will naturally be worrying for you both and your family. Take care now. xx

Insurance companies are useless, they always take so long to sort out claims and blame it on others, sometimes with just cause.

We are still waiting to hear from the solicitors who are making the claim against the motorist who knocked my o.h. off his bike last May. They blame the delays on the specialist consultant my o.h. had to see privately about his injury. That was in November, how long does it take for him to send a report?

Hope you will have a better week and your wife isn't too stressed over her forthcoming op and your illness, so she can enjoy times with you when you are up to gallivanting out and about.

hi sorry I have not answerd befrore on wed I was told by the insurance company that they had not heard from the oncl receptionist about my claim. not a happy bunny was I. how ever thought I would phone insurance company to say don't bother with the terminal illness clause as my wie will have to claim it when I pop me clogs. it would be easier that way. on Thursday I received another phone call to say they had spoken to her she would faxs the details to them . so hopefully ty will be done pdq. but I wont hold my breath, just have to wait and see .
as or my wifes op that is in the land o the gods don't know whats happening yet just got to wait and see on the lighter side not been tobad these last couple o day just tiried.. :-D :-D :-D :-Dhope you are all well.xx
