Hope you are all keeping well.
My broadband and telephone were disabled until this afternoon but have returned to normal now.
I twisted part of my anatomy last night and I was in great pain but with a little massage and TLC it has improved and I am resting up for the night. :-( :-( :-D

I am up a tree in Wales so just popped in for a quickee D :-D :-D

Out shopping this morning and walking along the highstreet when a bus pulled in at the stop. The door opened and 2 women got off and I just happened to look at the driver. It was Santa driving the bus !!!!!

In full outfit , big white beard etc. I couldn't resist it and called into him, """ YOU WONT FORGET TO COME DOWN MY CHIMNEY WILL YOU SANTA "" he said " have you been a good girl?" I said of course I have, so he promised he wouldn't forget me !!!
All the shoppers were laughing at me, or rather with me. It put me in such a good mood :-D :-D

Fancy oversleeping , you gave as the jitters for a minute :-D

I managed to get back up the mountain then started to forage for ingredients for Mersey's Mushroom :-D now I'n knackered, the things I do for folk:-D

Ingredients
2 leeks, chopped thinly ( welsh )
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2oz butter
half a pound magic mushrooms, sliced :-D
2 -3 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
1 pint chicken or vegetable stock
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Preparation method
Sweat the leeks and garlic in the butter for 4-5 minutes or until softened.
Add the mushrooms and thyme and cook on high for 2-3 minutes.
Pour over the chicken or vegetable stock and cook for five minutes.
Blend in a food processor until smooth, serve with garlic bread :-D :-D
