Mo I´m with you and hate marmite but I am also one of those people who rarely suffer hangovers. (a mild headache at most ;-) ) Plenty of water before bed.

We are going by coach from Victoria.
We hope to get there in time for a little look round on the Friday afternoon
Love the idea of a pub right next door and also a hotel bar
Only trouble is Stray Im the other half of the people that HATE marmite

Hi everyone - I'm still debating what to do. Come up on the 16th and stay 2 nights, or get up at the crack of dawn on Saturday to catch the train up and arrive feeling stressed out. Then there's the problem on Sunday of getting back to the south coast when there are usually engineering works on the line and hardly any trains running and trying to cope with it with a massive hangover which I might have - only 'might' mind ;-) I could stay with my daughter on Sunday night in London - that's a possibility. Anyway, I must sort it out tomorrow seeing as most of you are booked in now.

I see brekkie's not included, so I assume Stray is going to provide marmite on toast, a can of pop and a banana for us all :-S

I decided with everybody else booking their hotel rooms it might be a good idea if I booked mine !
Been having trouble with internet banking with the hotel but after 2 days of nagging at my bank

DONE and BOOKED 13th -21st no refund for change of mind ! :-( :-( :-D :-D
I was debating as to whether to book the whole week or spend a night or 2 elsewhere. I have 2 family members offering beds + a couple of further out offering and also I was wondering whether to spend time in Chesterfield but it took me so long to sort it out it was a case of s*d it just book the whole stay in 1 place and don´t muck about.

So confirmed I am not sneaking off to stay elsewhere ! :-D

Getting down and crawling is fine,be prepared though,its the getting up that is the killer
