To my mind only a few lady actresses can put over
a laugh out loud line that Maggie Smith gets, one
other who made me laugh was the actress who played
Blanche in Coronation Street. I really miss her one liners.

Another good episode last night. Full of good dialogue. As usual the Dowager had all the best lines! :-)

Did you see the preview at the end of last night's programme for next week?

Poor Dowager Lady Grantham is very ill! Hope this is not it for her! Her quips are this best part of the show. e.g-

In reply to her son's defence of Isabel ("She likes to fight for what she believes in")
- "Oh no, It's not a matter of what she likes- it's her fuel. Some people run on greed, lust, even love. She runs on INDIGNATION!" :-D

Loved how she got the last word over Pegg the Gardener! ;-)

So now Lady Edith is preggers :-( and the evil Rapist is back! :-0
