Apparently Maggie Smith warned she would have to
quit the show, saying it was unrealistic for her character
to continue for much longer.
She says Violet must be well over a hundred by now.

Lol Kay, it's not in the destination, it's the journey to get there. It is all so watchable and last night's rape scene was totally shocking. And Lady Mary cracked a smile or two. :-D
