Dutch I am glad you are making a good recovery, fast treatment can make all the difference and it seems that you got very good and quick treatment :-)

I hate watching the F.A.S.T stroke advert on tv, but I know from losing my mum how important quick recognition of the signs can be.

Keep up the good work Dutch.
It is early days yet but you are doing so well. Lovely to read your message.

Welcome home, Joyce. Please don't worry about Christmas cards, I don't expect one as you will be too busy recovering to do one for me. I will take the thought for the deed. Just wish us all a happy Christmas on a thread. I am sure we all will be happy with that, to know that you are recovering and back with us in the land of the living on GR.

Great to see you posting Joyce, keep your spirits up and do what you can when you can, it will take time to feel back to your usual self but hey, you can't keep a good woman down!

Thanks to Jan for letting us know of your ilness and for doing all he has done for you, good thing his Mum was around to help him while he visited and spent time with you and tried to work as well. Poor man will need a rest now lol
