The secret is to rigidly stick to normal bed time, no matter how tired that you feel do not give in and go to bed early.your body needs to adjust its clock. And don't sleep during the day

Ann - in that case, I'm certainly looking forward to tomorrow! I felt fine yesterday, but it's hit me today. I'm so tired, but can't sleep! :-(

TS. Ah but the sun came out at 1pm, we had a toasted sandwich in the cafe by the Martiniez beach. Then it was so hot after we'd been to the Mercadona for Amaretto we caught a taxi up lo. We had intended walking but couldn't face it. Thanks for the lift down.

Good afternoon Mersey and everyone. GiN I remember that jet lag feeling one minute you are awake the next your head jerks as you almost fall asleep. It will last about three days. Or it did in my case.

Overcast here today but very humid, went into town but didn't stay long too tiring, Puerto is all hills plus a few steps. Okay going down not so good coming back up.
