I am glad that they have got a diagnosis and a time scale. At least now, they can plan for the future

A long stressful road ahead for little Katie and her family but what a fighter she is. Positive thoughts and best wishes for you all for whatever lies ahead.

Just had this message........poor little Katie....I asked what the line was and it is for a permanent cannula.She didnt go down to theatre till 4 pm today...Saturday....
Hope she can cope with it.


She is still bleeding a bit,but according to my daughter ,they don't know where the blood is coming from.



She had op for line put in that went fine when she came back she cudnt breathe the side of her was pouring blood and she went in to cardiac arrest I panicked loads. her tube slipped so had to be put bk in place surgeons on stand by for her bleeding and things settled down slowly still concerns with her she has to have an hernia op but they leaving a while cz of this one x

Hope the news is good for Esme...watching Children in need last night makes you realise the number of children who are sick...but don't they seem to take it in their stride!

Poor little Katie - she must be a very strong little girl to cope with everything that has been thrown at her. Positive thoughts for her parents and family <3

Well....the news is better again.....Avatar is todays picture....
She pulled through again....my daughter and the parents held her for the longest she had been out of her cot....and she cried when they put her back..
She is amazing the way she is fighting this....hope it continues! <3 <3
