Silly Sausage

Silly Sausage Report 3 Nov 2013 22:03

There is no denying that Natalie can dance and she and Artim have danced some lovely rountines together but all very serious ant they? Every monday morning my friends and I at work re act the saturday show we all fight to be Natalie so easy to do ...if the judge gives a negitive comment she will slightly bow and nod her head and smile ( always a closed month no teeth showing)to accept such critisim, when the comment is positve she will act like a mill worker and mouth THANK YOU head slightly to the left and asif to say yeah I know......if she is told how wonderful the routine was she will turn to Artim slight bow and give him an over acted round of applause....he will then step back oh so every coyly and refuse to accept this in return he will offer her an over acted applause and credit ........the great and wonderful british public yawns and reaches for the phone ready to vote for Dave. :-D

AnninGlos Report 3 Nov 2013 21:00

I think it is only Natalie who has had some training but she is a pleasure to watch. Some of the others don't have any training. I wish the judges had a bit more say in it but i don't vote so guess I had better keep quiet then.

Silly Sausage Report 3 Nov 2013 20:45

They are kept in because the public vote for them and want them to stay if the public want the best dancers to stay then they need to vote a bit more simple as that isnt it and Mark and Dave got more votes than Rachel and Abby, the public dont like smug and trained dancers acting as celeb dances as Denise Van Outen found out last year :-D

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 3 Nov 2013 20:38

Quite honestly I and a lot of others watch it for the dancing, neither Dave or Mark dance so I find it frustrating that they are kept in because a)they are the under dogs and b) people don't like some of those who can actually dance.

MotownGal Report 3 Nov 2013 20:26

Very disappointed in the vote tonight. Rachel was far better than Dave. I knew it would come to this, that Dave is being kept in to the detriment of others.

Mersey Report 3 Nov 2013 20:21

At least Madness were good....I love em !! :-D

Silly Sausage

Silly Sausage Report 3 Nov 2013 20:17

Stupid I am :-D ( but not this week)

If the strictly producers put a line up with the likes of Dave and Mark against the likes of Natalie the public wil always vote for the under dog Fact!

Unbeknown to poor Dave he has actually secured a few more hundred votes tonight because he is genuine and honest he can not dance he will never be able to dance but he tries and takes the stick off the judges on the chin like a gent and cocksure Natalie will be loosing them by the bucket load, Artim already has his hands on that glitterball, Dave has more chance of winning it :-D

AnnCardiff Report 3 Nov 2013 20:04

fiasco - Dave and Sophie should have been in the dance off

I felt a bit sorry for Dave cos when he realised he wasn't in the dance off he said "Sorry" to Rachel - I'm sure he knows he should not still be there, but what can he do if stupid people keep voting to keep him in - it was the same with John Serjeant - he stayed long after he should have

'Emma' Report 3 Nov 2013 19:59

Only good news tonight..Bruce is off next week :-)

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 3 Nov 2013 19:51

Oh this ceases being funny now. Two good dancers in the dance off :-(

I am still sticking to me own bet Rachel or Fiona will go tonight.

Something quiet smarmy about Natalie I just cant put my finger on it, its been 6 weeks now and she isnt changing as she could dance already, I would happy place a bet she wont win it.

Sophie like Fiona seems so nervious still when she dances.

You'll be all happy to know I didnt get the chance to vote for Dave this week. :-D

'Emma'

'Emma' Report 3 Nov 2013 13:41

Am saying nothing but keeping my fingers crossed
for you know who to go.

Emma :-)

Saturday night's performance from Sophie was no way better than Rachel's ......and I agree Tess that shyness could be the factor that prevents Rachel from relaxing.

I like Ben :-D but taking shirt off and stomping does not a dancer make ;-)

Love Natalie :-) .....Fiona and Dave for the bottom two

GlitterBaby

GlitterBaby Report 3 Nov 2013 12:43

Got a felling that Dave will be kept in for another couple of weeks until the competition really gets serious

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 3 Nov 2013 10:10

I wonder if the Charleston was the high point of Sophie's stint on Strictly, and she will never reach that again.

I think it may be Dave, as funny as he is, it will be a tragedy is someone else is booted off because the viewers want to keep him in.

TessAkaBridgetTheFidget Report 3 Nov 2013 03:57

Sophie seems to have gone off the boil.

Fiona looked nervous and unsure - a little more confidence would have made her look lots better.

Rachel was better tonight - I think that hiding behind the costume/makeup helped her overcome her shyness.

Thought that Dave's timing was a lot better this week - but this is the first time the judges seemed to have nothing (or almost nothing) good to say about him.

I voted tonight - mainly because I was worried about a really good dancer might be in the dance-off - together with another really good dancer.

I was a bit impatient with all the "let's see how they did in training" bits, but think that this was aimed at a VERY young audience - so maybe I shouldn't complain.

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 2 Nov 2013 22:31

I thought Natalie's dance was beautiful. Difficult to guess who will be in the dance off.

Sophie was nowhere near as good tonight.

Again it should be Dave but probably won't be. At leadt he mainly kept in time tonight.

Iveta could not have worn any less.
