Dave had more than a passing resemblance to John Sargeant with his dance.

If he gets to go to Blackpool it will be a travesty!

:-(

Patrick was awesome!!!

Didn't vote for anyone this week. So can't moan if one of my favourites are voted off.

Mark's bald head was a wig. Didn't think that he was as entertaining this week and he has made little improvement in his dancing.

dave did attempt some dance steps, and he has made some improvements, thought that he was better than Bruno's comments, but he was however rather poor.

AnnCardiff, I agree that Mark or Dave should go tonight, but having a secret yen for Dave to get to Blackpool!

Sophie E-B was a lot better this week, I thought that she was over marked last week, she deserves to stay (not I think that she may be in the dance off).

Always a shame to see someone go out the week before Blackpool, so will feel a little sad whatever the result.

Natalie has got a "bye" this wee. But if not fit next week, she will have to dropout.

I hope that she is well enough to continue, so that if and when she leaves, it will be under normal conditions.

Poor Ben was harshly judged by Craig this week. Felt a little sorry for him. I think that Craig likes the "pumping action" as demonstrated by Ian Waite on Takes Two. Ben was NOT pumping!!

Gotta Agree with Tess.

For me Sophie just doesnt show conviction at all but I did think the dance suited her, the steps are there. But if you watch Suzanna, she gives it plenty of wellie I expected a top notch dance from her and Kevin this week as Kevin is the world champion so are his parents, Blackpool must be like his second home.

I felt proper sorry for Mark this week, the Rumba is such a hard dance for a male or female celeb dancer , its a dance were the male presents his girl., he can put much more in to the routine just not a good dance for him I hope he stays.Dave just isnt a dancer but as Craig said it shows he has been taught the tango. I have a feeling Fiona and Anton maybe in the dance off this week, its like watching your Nan and Grandad at a family doo showing that they can still throw some shapes.

I adore Patrick however I dont think he deserved a 10 from Darcy they fluffed the last lift and to me it look like he was scared of flinging her in to the steps they had just dance down. Nice to see him at the top of the leader board.

Abby did well this week, she can rock a short black bob. :-D Ben looked clumsy doing the jive, but as much I am not a fan of Christina's I thought she was brill to dance so well on a brusied foot when she could hardly walk afterwards true pro. Nice dance from Ashley and Ola as well.

Cant say I missed Natalie but wish her a speedy recovery. My bottom 2 this week are Anton and Fiona and Karen and Dave.

Edit PS.....
No one has mentioned seeing Fridays tke2 John Borrowman was on it and no one has commented on the remarks he made about Natalie, he suggested that the public wasnt all that taken by her and she will probably go out in the next 2 weeks or so ................really you dont say ;-)

Well I think it should be Mark and Dave in the dance off.

Loved Abbey and Suzanna's dancing and oh Ashley's too :-D

Ooooh er, I just typed a reply, and it vanished, poooooof, in a puff of smoke!

However.......................I saw Take Two with John Barrowman, and yep, I think he said that people 'had not warmed' to Natalie, or words to that effect. I think she is a terrific dancer but the humble act at the end of the dance is a little uncomfortable viewing for me. Maybe is genuine, I dunno.

Patrick was fabbo. I thought he caught his foot in his partners' dress. Or did he slip? Anyway he recovered well, and ended his dance still on his feet.

I don't know if Sophie is that laid back, that she is nearly falling over, but I don't think she is putting much gusto into her dances. JB said he thought she had peaked too early.

So..............who's gonna leave tonight? I don't know, that is for sure!

:-S :-S :-S

I may not be a hugh Natalie fan.- but that is just to do with her being a very good dancer right at the beginning of the show. I still think that she gives her all. She turns out a great performance every week.
I think that when she is waiting for the judges comments she feels that she is very much still "on duty" so her body language, actions and words are what she reckons she SHOULD be doing. If she is on camera she is performing - it all comes with the job.

That doesn't mean that she really is "false"

However John Barrowman - I just can't take to him. When he was a judge on "Nancy" (or whatever it was called) he was pretty nasty to one of the contestants - so much so that it rocked her confidence.
I feel that he is fully aware of the effect his words will have.. I think that his total dismissal of Natalie was calculated to upset her. I wonder if he now feels pleased with himself.

The program makers chose to have a good dancer in the line-up. They are responsible for the hugh variety in the ability of the contestants. He should be moaning about this and not the individual performers. He claims to be a fan of Strictly, but that doesn't show true because of the attack on Natalie.

I know that on here, we all like to have a good moan about this that and the other. But our words would not hold the same weight as someone like J.B. who is giving an opinion on t.v.

Moan over!!!!

I don't particularly like Natalie but I do enjoy her dancing and, as Tess said, it is not her fault she was accepted as a contestant. It is not as if she hid the fact that she could already dance. And I think she looks like she does in front of the judges because she is uncomfortable with having them give their remarks to a certain extent, I don't think it is an act.

I hope she is well enough to return next week, it would be a shame if she had to drop out. I suspect that she puts so much into rehearsing that she is suffering from exhaustion. I remember when she was in Coronation street and was acting the really traumatic story line that her co actor (can't remember his name, Tyrone in Corrie) said she really lived the aggressive scenes, had to really psyche herself up for them. I imagine she might be the same with the dancing. :-)

I think John Borrowman has it right actually I dont think the public has taken to her she is smug simple as that, she can dance she and Artim make a great partnership but unless she looses the smugness she will never get my vote. I love SCD because I love to see how the dancers progress over the weeks, Natalie hasnt progressed she can dance and because of her ability the likes of the others that have shown they have progressed are being over looked. If people want to see outstanding dancing they should watch professional dancers comps. To me that isnt what Strictly is all about. I also think the pro's attutude also counts a lot to votes as well the longer they are on the show the cockier they become, you dont hear Aliash or Kevin answeing back to the judges If Natalie doesnt make it back I doubt she will be missed by that many. But hey ho thats my opinion ;-)

I think he meant the dance off GB, Mark was trying to take on board the advice he was given, his arms were everywhere he was trying to work his hips, he made loads of mistakes.......... like they hadnt already decided who was going ;-)

Sad to see Dave go ... but right decision. Hope that he gets to be in the audience to cheer everyone else on.

I know that Natalie was very good to start with, but don't know enough about dancing to tell if she has made any improvement.
I think that she is good to watch though. Artem looked more annoyed than upset when he found that she wasn't dancing. That's just my opinion. Perhaps he was really frantic with worry and tried not to show it. :-S

Looking forward to next week.
