Well, hello - don't let me wake you all up, though it's only 4.30 in the afternoon here - not even Pernod time yet! :-D :-D
Been a really hot day here, though two days ago it was really cold and wet.

So, GP had forgotten who I was, eh! Well he'd better remember soon, or when I get back he winnit knaa what cuddy kicked him!

Been exploring Banff today - it's a beautiful town. But, being 5000 ft above sea level it makes you a bit breathless walking about ( or it does for someone who normally lives at sea level). Found a lovely rock and gem shop today, so I've indulged in a bit of retail therapy, plus a bottle of Australian Merlot. Just about time to open that, I think!

You all seem to be having lots of fun and banter on the threads - good to see! In fact, you don't need me back at all - I think I'll just stay here!

Ohn the move again tomorrow, to Kelowna for one night, then on to Whistler. I'll look in again when I get the chance - OH doesn't believe in paying for internet access, but he wanted to know the football scores, so I've pinched his ipad again!
