First time out on my wheels and batteries fully charged...

Off I go down the little lane to the road trailing 3 grandkids on foot and one on my lap(she is 2).
We get to near our village shop which is on a little incline,as many are in Wales....and I thought..Oh dear...How do I stop???
Dad didnt tell me that bit when he gave me his OLD wheels.
Lets go of the accelerator handle thingy and we didnt stop in time...Hit the flower display outside the shop and big kids creased up and one 2 year old refused to ride back on Nanys lap and walked with the others...:

Fancy forgetting to collect Mr H at the appointed hour. That plus deliberately trying to destroy the village floral display whilst in possession of a 2 year old, not to mention riding two up on a vehicle specifically designed for one. I hope that Social Services don't get to hear about this.

We do have a "Tony Porkpie" in the village as he always wears a porkpie hat....Dave Ponytail has now gone to better climes,so a space to be filled there... :-D

There was a girl in our village called Myfanawy the Bike.

It always puzzled me because I never once actually saw her with a velocipede.

Maybe she lent it out to people because she was very popular.
