Good morning Mersey, little legs, GP and everyone. I have been busy over the last few days so it seems I have have missed the shindigs on the boards, but to be honest I avoid them as much I can.

Yesterday I went to help out in my sons office. I enjoyed it so much, it made me consider going back to work, but by the end of the hour long journey home I decided I rather like being a lady of leisure.

I have completed the Squat challenge today, and done 90 second Plank challenge. Back to keep fit class this afternoon, then out for dinner this evening.
