GeordieinNorfolk I am introducing a new concept to get around that.

It may be a little difficult to understand but it is called "conversation".

What we do is turn to our fellow passengers and talk to them.

We call this "conversing".

When "conversing" with others we refer to it as a "conversation".

Give it a try.

Once you have mastered that you could try it with the flight crew too.

I am wearing Converse trainers.
