Barb!!!!

Thank goodness you renewed! :-D :-D :-D

Things on these boards would not be the same without you!

Even if you just renewed to use the boards - that's all I'm going to do - I've never used GR much for genealogy, (do it all on that other site, a-hem!)

We need you Lass! :-D :-D :-D <3 <3 <3

There are some comments on this thread concerning various items of apparel for ladies. And I’m sure they mean something to most females. But the men are awkwardly in the dark.

But to save me having to use the dictionary, would it be possible to have a simple glossary of said items for us men to understand? Don’t rush - you ladies may wish to confer.

I don’t mind hanging around for half an hour or so! I’m fairly used to standing idle looking glum outside lady clothes shops while her-in-doors examines every conceivable item within her reach & frequently comes away satisfied even though she has failed to buy anything. Something to do with inappropriate sizes for the portly woman.

No this one was not on a lead.

He was just basking in the warmth of the microwave and getting an all over tan.

I let him out after a few minutes and let him relax on a plate.

Then he went.

The cat has put weight on too.

LondonBelle

LondonBelle Report 11 Aug 2013 18:59

Perhaps it's with a fettle, eRRol :-D

GinN

GinN Report 11 Aug 2013 19:00

Haddock? Was that what my grandson caught at the village pond today! I've got it in the fridge for tomorrow night's tea.

Can't decide whether to use Jamie's or Nigella's recipe for batter..................

eRRolSheep

eRRolSheep Report 11 Aug 2013 19:01

You won't need much batter for a stickleback.

Would that be a fine fettle?

Hang on a mo...

I don't even have a cat!
