Emma, I have always been a sun lover but this is too much even for me :-(

It was hotter than this on my hols but at least once a day there was a real downpour that left everything fresh and green.

We will get the storms tomorrow and we shall have floods everywhere. Just popping to a beach to fill up some sandbags LOL

Auntie Barb I was sick of the all burnt burger and sausage diet from the BBQ so wondered if I could try something different and the word "newt" just popped into my head

Lots of leftover in the fridge, so we can just graze. Spent half the weekend cooking, only to remember that M&SIL eat like flies!

Oh! It's so hot! 32.5c on my weather station - our hottest day yet. Hung my washing out this afternoon, and I swear it dried it faster than a tumble drier!
Meant to thunder today, as Barb has said - but no such luck!
Going to London for the day tomorrow to meet my oldest pal - I must be mad, will be even worse there! And, no, I'm not going to join the crowds outside Buck House!
