I just wanted to say thank you to some members who stood up for me earlier today ................

I was taken by surprise, and very touched when I read what was said.

BUT I wanted others to know that there are many nice members on here, despite what has been happening over recent weeks. :-D :-D :-D

Syvlia, I have just looked at the thread in question and I would have stood up for you too.

You come across as being highly intelligent, kind and generous with your help for others. You are not afraid to say what you think and do so politely but firmly.

Why would anyone ever have a reason to be rude to you.
I have always found you to be one of the most helpful and kind members on the boards.

I never saw the nasty stuff ,but whatever happened, I agree with Kitty and the others.
You will have been the better person.

At the risk of being classed as part of a "collective" ;-) I would also like to say that Sylvia is very polite (much more restrained than I would be!) and conducts herself with the utmost decorum and dignity.

There are far more nice people on the boards than otherwise.

There are far more nice people on the Boards ............. but sometimes we seem to forget thta when some are not being so nice.

I wanted to acknowledge the ones who lifted my spirits this morning, and to encourage others who might be thinking of leaving because of other people.
