An English swear word has been included in the German equivalent of the OED (I think it is called Duden - the dictionary not the word). It is popular (the word not the dictionary, although the dictionary in itself is probably pretty popular as it helps people to speel korrektly) in Germany and was even used publicly by Angela Merkel recently (Mimsey, she is the top bod in Germany). |
