Jude, no way are you dominating the boards! In fact I was wondering where you were until you put up your house viewing thread. I'll pm you about that later.

l apologise if l am one of those poeple thought to be dominating the boards, John and l are communicating via pm and will sort this out. l know l don't have the right to say "don't add to my threads" but l did and l thought it was best, still do.

l still think his sentence on Sharrons thread was not suitable for a man to use, it makes my skin crawl. But thats my opinion.

l did'nt really see SueC thread, l caught the first few posts, so can't comment.
l know other peeps from GR have passed on and no agro has occured, as it should be, in this instance we were all very upset and shocked at the very unexpected news of a member passing and it was thought Johns thread was inappropriate.
l may change the title of the thread, l was in abit of a state at the time and just typed what l was thinking.
Lets try and get back to sort of normal now:)

You're right, Lyndi, but the problem is that people disagree on who exactly is trying to dominate the boards.

It is good to know that I am not alone in my opinion about the boards.
There are a few people who are trying to dominate the boards, making it at times a very unpleasant place to be.

I totally agree with your last sentence John and said as much on the thread Dizzi put up.

I know the sad news about Sandie came as a dreadful shock to everyone but so did that of Deanna and Caz to diffferent extents but didn't cause a day of silence or stopping posting or adding threads.

It's time for all this unpleasantness and highhandedness to stop, so the boards can get back to being the interesting, funny, friendly place I discovered in 2005.

It was a total coincidence, SueC. But why do I bother - you won't believe me.

You were upset last night and decided to have a go at somebody or something. You know you will not upset me too much (heavens knows you have tried many times). So you picked my thread to vent your anger. And me in particular. It was below the belt.

I am glad you had your wings clipped. There are a few patronising and pompous people on Genes chat who need their bubbles pricked for the good of them and us.

I haven't heard a peep from GR so no slapped wrists at the moment.

I'll stick with my view that Jude asked JLH not to add to her thread and then he posts a wealth of peoples' names that he won't post on. Funny? Not in my book. If that was a coincidence then I go and get treatment....... I shall not be making an appointment any time this year.

I was very surprised my thread was pulled today. Incidentally, I forgot to mention Susan with. I won't go on any of her threads again. :-)

SueC's thread was different, i thought. There was a bad word in the title, and after NanaSue had her fingers rapped previous day that was rather tempting fate.

As to the Opening Post including the word db from Sharron, thank goodness that has been put back.

Have had no contact from Genes high command yet, and will be surprised if I get told off. Probably naming all those people was a mistake - perhaps somebody saw it as a full frontal personal attack :-(
