Just a mention for hay fever sufferers

It was a bad day for it yesterday, but I wasn't too bad in the evening however when I when I went to bed it got much worse.

I'd washed the duvet and as an afterthought put in an 'own brand' fabric conditioner
'almond milk and honey blossom' to make it smell nice. Within a couple of minutes I found the smell of it was overpowering, and then I started to cough and feel my throat closing up, couldn't get a breath properly and had to fling the duvet out of the room open the window and have several drinks before the coughing subsided.

So thought I'd mention it on here just as a gentle warning to anyone who does suffer with hay fever ( or asthma, though I'm not asthmatic...well not todate anyway ) to be careful if you do use anything similar.
