My granny and granfer died when I was really young. My mum over 30 yrs ago.

Mine are long gone now, I was 39 when the last grandparent died so I suppose in a sense I was very lucky to have him so long....he was a lovely gentle kind man and very much missed. <3

It was good you were on hand Mersey to help out your Nan and what nicer way way to spend an afternoon all relaxed with Dean.

I have spent a lovely day with my bestest fwend and her first g.daughter, just a year old. Lovely lunch and bit of a spend.

All done in now and sat sitting here to troll around the boards for a bit.

My poor Nan is in a care home and the ceiling began to leak, we all had to rally round and move her , poor thing does not know what day it is....she was so confused but we now have her settled with her feet up singing to Dean Martin :-D :-D <3
