I would like to state categorically here and now that said floaters did not emanate from my person thank you very much.
I suspect Fwoggy or Taddy2.

One of the nicest parks I have been to is BIcton Park in Devon....lovely for young and old. Inside the park is a small chapel alongside the ruin of the original. Lovely fountains waterways etc, and a scummy cafe with outdoor eating and lovely view. It also has its own railway which the little ones loved. Also a couple of shops

We have Chester Park nearby....but it is quite small.

Ann, you didn't actually let Errol in your home. He ruined Merseys piddling pool yesterday when floaters appeared.

Just slurping a rather refreshing cider shandy.
:-D

GinN - Thats right bonnie lass. It had a £3 million pound make-over to restore it to its former glory and I think it is one of the best parks in the Northeast. When I think back to what it looked like in the early 1950's the transformation has been fantastic.

Please remind us of your memories. ;-)
