Daff was a wonderful person missed by many x :-( :-(

Daff was the first one to welcome me to GR and I struck gold there.
Some folk I speak to more than others but must say have never felt
that I was not welcome on any threads, been ignored a few times but
haven't we all, and when I think about it the banter on those threads
were in full swing.
Would love to attend a meet to put faces to names, maybe one day.

The first time i posted on one of your threads (If i remember this correctly) it was late at night and you posted some words.

I thought ..........oh, she sounds a bit sad. So i posted and asked if you were ok.

And you were like.........what? it's the words of a song!!

I felt a right numpty!! :-D

For a while after that.........i would read some of your threads and ask myself......What on erf is she going on about?? :-S

It's lovely meeting fellow members, for me it was the lovely Daff, Sue, Jude, Jean, Sandie, Sallie - one I won't mention cos she was a stirrer and no longer around, Clare from Barry, Tina Harpstrings, Shimms and probably others - oh - Maddiecow

Hopefully will be gong with Mr Daff this Saturday to visit our Sue after her major op
