I've only been posting in the last year (altho' I've been a member since 2005) and I have been surprised at the amount of "agression" on some threads. It has often put me off posting on a topic. I know I can ignore the threads where this occurs but often they start off as interesting discussions and I would like to add my ideas. There is a difference between criticising someone's ideas and criticising them personally. |

Sue I understand what you mean, you always seem a very wise lady, and we can all have our "moments" lettting it out is a great way to release tension & anger. Susan I think I have gone in the reverse to you. After working almost all of my life in a predominately male dominated environment, I have always had to “fight my corner” I now take a much more relaxed view, I smile, and let things go over my head. However, I can be relied on to put up a good case if I feel the need arises and can still kick a few buts. As I always say "It takes all sorts to make the world go round" :-D :-D |

Ain't it strange how just one word can convey different messages to different people. |

I do find it a bit 'tetchy' at the moment, most likely because I AM tetchy at the moment, health , money and general annoyances make it easier for me to get annoyed with posts that are 'contrary to my opinions' lol. |

I would see capital letters as 'shouting' but definately not when you post Dizzi. I think most of us are aware of why you post in capitals and I've certainly not seen any complaints. |

Dizzi. You have been a real tonic for me ever since I started posting nearly 7 months ago. And, yes, we often disagree. |

George Galloway loves cats. He is a very gentle and sincere politician with a keen eye for detail, Dermot. And a fierce debator. |
