Many thanks to those who have supplied comments regarding legal standing etc. I have managed to find them amongst the verbal diarrohea of a certain Welsh person.

I am still in two minds! I support complete equality in legal and inheritance matters for all partnerships but abhor the idea that single-sex couples MAY get the option of a civil partnership or marriage, whilst mixed-sex MAY only be permitted marriage.

I do hope it's thought through properly but can see it coming back to bite DC big-time. :-D

if you dont want anyone to know about your personal life then dont post about it on a public forum simples.....we know what year you was married where you was born which company you worked for years we know when your children was born and their names where you was mother was born and where she worked and that your father was a local businessman, where you live where you have spent holidays a board and now how many past girl friends you have courted all this is what you have choosen to tell us, even if we wanted to know or not.

Now if you want to me removed the part about you and gay men in post I shall do so.

I am quite happy that anyone talks about anything I have freely talked about on here. I have been very open and very truthful. And most posters know a lot about other posters because it is an open forum and fairly friendly.

I am even happy if you leg pull occasionally. But when someone posts about the person I love most and I want to protect most and claims to know things about her, that is beyond the pale for me. Don't want to comment further - just hope you respect that.

I can certainly understand where you are coming from but as I didnt read the contents of the post I cant comment and if you will please answer my question do you want me to edit my post?

John I hope you would also respect the fact that calling another member a liar when it's untrue is hardly a fair playing field when you want the 'get out of jail free' card by refusing further discussion.

You have mentioned your wife countless times, you cannot complain if your remarks are commented on. I understand Sylvia's frustration completely, once something is on the www it cannot be erased. Please do not insult her intelligence.
