	I used to wear gas permeable contact lenses until about 8 years ago, then went back to ful time specs. I thought I'd try disposable lenses for a while before deciding about lens replacement surgery. Getting the bu**ers in is OK, but getting them out - nigh in impossible! Has anyone out there had the same trouble, any tips would be welcome, before I throw them in the bin. Red Eyed of Norfolk :-(
