*$parkling $andie* Report 4 Jan 2013 22:58

Scuse me !

Can't do the accent but my Welsh bilingual niece who's lived in Caernafon ,Bangor and now Llanfair PG pronounces Bangor 'very quickly' as in ' Bangoreye' (she's only lived in North Wales) she's pronounced it as such since living there !!
(shut your eyes and just say Bangor eye, very quickly esp on the eye bit as one word )
Yeah OK ...some of you will get my drift ;-)

Do the Men of Harlech know about this dastardly plan, John !!! OMG, best search my onesie for appropriate deterrant ! Perhaps a stirling rendition of Cwm Rhondda?

Suzanne ! Waddya mean your home (or in Bangor!! oh dear)!! I've got half the N Wales Heddlu looking for me for nicking one of their cars, and for running around shops in my underwear (at least I'm wearing some :-D).

Duw, kids of today :-0

Not a lot of sympathy from these cruel posters - just a lot of pee :-( I was very worried about you. Am so pleased you are ok, Suzanne. :-)

But who was flashing on Snowdon??? And now MrD has been arrested for smiling too much at the cashier. Think he would have got away with it if he was not wearing his onesie ;-) I was smiling at store manager, but our smiling was reciprocal :-) Conrad gave me a free pair of socks and we sang Sospan Fach on the car park. I am a baritone and he is a lovely tena ;-) We are thinking of doing the Men of Harlech now.

Kay????

IM BACK :-D :-D :-D

OH GOD WHAT A VERY STRANGE 24HRS ITS BEEN.
The journey through the small narrow country lanes towards PWLLHELI was terrible, and due to the sub zero temp inside my car i started to hallucinate,
staring at me from the middle of the road was a huge mountain goat, dressed in white robes, and wearing red frilly knickers,he was singing SOSPAN BACH at the top of his voice, the sight frightened me so much i almost crashed over the wall into the revine below, all that saved me was the thought of meeting the lovely staff at the spar, and having a lovely panad with DR Robin the bard.

but low and behold,i didnt finish my journey before i was stopped and arrested by two burly policemen (HEDDLU) who threw me into the back of a van and drove me to the nearest available cell.

MY CRIME
speaking English on the road to PWLLHELI, and wearing no knickers (a crime in wales since 1209)

the HEDDLU were very good to me,giving me a hard bed and a lovely sack to sleep on,they also gave me a wholesome breakfast of cruel and a cup of pee, sorry TEA before sending me on my way. i really thought i was dreaming,

and has it happens i was :-D woke up with a start,in a laybe just outside Bangor. ;-)
never mind there"s ALWAYS NEXT WEEK. :-D :-D :-D :-D

Wend ... oh, u supposed to BUY them ?? Oh dear, not many (visible) pockets in a onsie for carrying wonga.

Wonder if that's what the blue flashy light things are all about - unless they found the car, of course !! :-D :-D

But then I'm well hid in the local residential establishment :-S :-D

Plenty of bloomers ..... but no red things yet. Perhaps I need to move closer to the little house ?

John - u got some socks yet? There's still something left of the old ones if you want to delve through the bin ..... someone left an unused tena in there as well, it may help (useful pillow it was too :-D )?

Well . . . shoves up chest . . . I'm worried about Suzanne, hope she hasn't lost her clutch driving up those Welsh hillocks.

Mr. Daff - I really hope you were polite when you paid for your pastie at the check-out in Spar and that you smiled appreciatively at the pretty cashier.

Nah, silly comment, of course you did - you're well-bred, I can tell :-D

"Only realised today that onsies don't have a back flap like long-johns..doh !!"

MrD. I would much rather you did not wear those onesies. You look better in long johns imho. Fed up of seeing you trying unsuccessfully to find the flap.

Not seen Suzanne at all. I did see something flashing from the top of Snowdon :-S :-S :-S No grey hair, she is young like Hayley. Do you think Suzanne is in Nefyn and the lovely old Dr has given her a warm bed to sleep in today and thaw out below the waste - edit waist:-D :-D. And she is now sipping that lovely Welsh liqueur "Pis y Deryn" or "Can y Delyn".

I must tell you all that Brenda is a professional jazz player of some renown and also an employee of Wales Tourist Board. Bit rich promoting both on this thread, I thought ;-)

Where is Suzanne? Kept hostage, tied to a Bardic Chair and being force fed Cawl and suffering water torture by having Glyndwr Medium Dry White dripping on her forehead *shudders*

Oh dear, where is she?
