Please see page 3...

Before I go tonight I'd like to take the opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and very best wishes for the New Year.

Christmas Day on here usually shows who is alone or 'lonely in the crowd', and also highlights those of you who always take a few minutes to pop in and be with friends or offer support and a friendly word to others.

I hope this Christmas day will be the same, I'm sure it will be! the fact that there are nice members here to say hello to is, I know, a great help to many in times of illness or loneliness, and even the happiest of us have moments of sadness remembering lost loved ones at Christmas and it is nice to feel people here understand that and wiil listen sympathetically:-)

My thoughts will be with you all, especially those who are fighting illness, and struggling to cope with the ill health or loss of a loved one.

I'd also like to say 'thankyou' to the 3 people who offered to pay my membership ( You know who you are). It is typical of the best of this board that people one has never met will offer help like that :-)

Be nice to each other till I get back ( spring, summer? next year? God willing ( or 'Stan willing' if you prefer lol) :-D

Love from me ( and Dan says Happy Christmas GR)

Rose xxx

( here endeth the Queens speech lolol, sorry if it sounds like that a bit ;-) )
