Just got me bread out of metal bin, toasted it and applied Lurpak sklightly salted and Duerr's marmalade. :-D :-D

Why is Benson's food called Touchstone and Scarlett? My 3 kittens (8 month old Siamese Cross are Blodwen, Gwyn and Buddug. Was convinced Buddug was a pretty little girl when I named her (not good at sex). Now he is a very handsome boy with pretty obvious proof of that. Poor little thing looks so confused when I call him Buddug (pronounced Bithig) :-( :-(

Except for rolls or baguettes, they're eaten the day we buy them.

Is it okay if I mention BREAD as I don't have a dog or a cat. Keep mine in freezer and get it out as I need it it soon thaws here.

True sorry. Friends of ours a married couple live in UK and have a house here, the man was here and his wife in UK and he phoned her to ask her where she kept the toast!

Typical, Rose. Start a non-contentious thread about bread storage and, as soon as Joy wrecks it by talking about sausages and a dog called Benson, you claim you have better things to do. We don't come on Genes to waste time adding rellies to our trees ;-)

Too busy lol, trying to add names to my tree so I can open it for a new found relative...I may be back later...possibly in a week if my tree won't speed up...I really do prefer my piece of wallpaper :-|

i have two lovely cats i wouldnt let him anywhere near them
they are called touchwood and scarlett :-D

JustJohn

JustJohn Report 29 Sep 2012 22:27

If he is 64 kilos, he will probably have notches on his tail for each cat kill :-D

Why not simply change his name to Lucy, Should calm him down.

Waiting for Rose to pounce and drive me off her thread. Metal, Rose, metal :-( :-( :-(

JustJohn Report 29 Sep 2012 22:12

This was a peaceful thread till I was threatened with Benson :-D :-D

My Siamese Cross boy who I call Buddug ( a girl's name so he is a very cross kitten weighing about 3 lbs) could have Benson.

JoyBoroAngel

JoyBoroAngel Report 29 Sep 2012 22:07

JustJohn Report 29 Sep 2012 22:01

Joy That is off thread. Question is very clear - metal or wooden. Nothin about dogs and chops. ;-)

I prefer a metal sausage myself. And wooden bloomers :-(

JoyBoroAngel

JoyBoroAngel Report 29 Sep 2012 21:41

Give my daft dog a choice between a slice of bread and a pork chop

and the bread wins hands down :-D

Libby Report 29 Sep 2012 21:38

Just checked my metal one. Almost a full loaf plus a nearly half one that I was going to use for a bread and butter pudding.Halfish one is now in the bin ... gone mouldy. It was ok this mornig :(. There is more on top of it though .... mainly junk mail.

Don't get me started on the biscuit barrel. It is obviously just for show because biscuits once opened just seem to disappear ;-)
