Tia's natural father Steven Carter also spoke to LBC this afternoon. He said he still believes Tia will come back safe and well.
Mr Carter also said there was some positive news in the search for Tia with posters of the missing schoolgirl being put on billboards across the country.
Tia’s father also said he has renewed hope that his daughter will be returned safely after having a tough day on Wednesday."
He said: “I was a believer up until yesterday - and yesterday it hit me emotionally.
"It hit me hard. I was a wreck yesterday and if I didn't have my family and the support from people around here, if they weren't around, I think I would have cracked yesterday.”
Mr Carter also spent some time with Natalie Sharp, Tia’s mum. He said: “We spoke yesterday. We had a little cuddle, held each others' hands and told each other it would be alright - she's going to come home.”

i get laughed at for being over protective of littleman, but cases like this make me realise why,

Muffy......I know what you are saying, i was talking to a friend yesterday about the Gran & my friends said that she had said she was cooking pizza when Tia left so i said i had heard she was at work

The reason I can't comment further as from past experience I'lll be pelted with rotten eggs...

Her grandmother Christine Sharp was thought to have been at home with Tia the night before she disappeared
But she has reportedly told police she was actually working and hadn’t seen her for 24 hours - arriving back after she had gone
