	Fingers crossed for Beth Tweddle this afternoon. Actually got a discus thrower through to the final after the qualifiying rounds this morning

	Hayley - did you see me wave? I was up in "gods" but had the best overall view. What can I say I had a fantastic time. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D The atmosphere was amazing and it was a real privilege to be there. Glued to TV now. Enjoy the rest of the games Von

	Well, I was wrong about Martina. But Bolt really deserved Gold. Just heard a the Jamaican commentary of race ... another Gold Medal effort. Rather sorry that Gatlin came third, as he has had two bans for drug abuse. I don't think that he should have been in the Olympics at all. Have enjoyed watching all the Olympic events so far. Don't usually get a chance to watch Cycling, i'ts so exciting!!

	phew I'm worn out with all this sport ;-)...been sat glued to the tv tonight. Really funny watching Bolt and Co. 'strutting their stuff' lol so macho :-D.......Bolt ran like the wind, deserved his Gold Pity Ross Murray and Adam Gemili missed out but good experience for them,and also a shame Andy and Laura just lost on a play off,but won Silver. Looking good on the Athletics table :-D
