I'm a natural blonde now ;-) took me a while to get used to it but with a good cut, and a little wax through, it shines :-D :-D |

I'm letting my hair grow out to it's natural grey. I've coloured for years because I didn't like my hair half and half. Now it's fully grey I'm happy to go with it. I like it - it's a nice soft grey and if it makes me look older well....I am older :-D |

i often get compliments on the colour of my hair and believe it or not it cost me £2 69 every 4 weeks, only because my hair grows very quick. It is from Aldi a Carino 10/03 lightest beige blonde.Always had it done at the hairdressers but when oh came out of work had to make cut backs, tried various dearer ones then took the plunge with this one.Oh is now in full time employment again but have been useing this for 2yrs now and wouldnt change it.The only tip i can give is if you like it buy 2 or 3 as it sells out very quickly.Another tip on colouring if you can get a bobble in your hair do so then go round the hair line then like streaks all round from front to back to the bobble leave for 15mins remove bobble and rub into rest of hair, gives nice even colour |

I think it depends what grey it is. I colour mine because at the moment while turning grey it is dark at the back and steel grey on top and white at the side, if and when it goes a nice light grey all over I shall stop colouring. But I have it done at the hairdressers and only have it done about every 3-4 months, the last month it is a mixture of light brown, blond and grey in the summer months. |

People seem to forget that it is not only hair that loses pigment with age,it is skin too. |

I have very pale skin with freckles and as my hair went grey I looked so washed out. |

I have enjoyed watching the grey come in to mine and I like the shade too. Still can't wait for it to go white. |

For some reason, Sharron, men who dye their hair manage to look ridiculous. Women, on the other hand, and I agree it is a hassle, can look great! *pats freshly dyed Titian hair (cost £6.99) and totters off. :-D BCXX |

I have grey hair, mostly because I wouldn't want the faff, not to mention the expense,of being otherwise. |
