Poor Mr Daff...Can just imagine him there and itching to get home, but I'm sure your visit cheered him.

poor R, what a shame he's still in there - can't he get a transfer away from the nurses station? they'd soon shift me - I snore - loudly :-D :-D

Thanks Sue.Poor Mr Daff being stuck there in hospital.If he is that near the Nurses Station he will need some ear plugs.I have a pair (unused :-D)I think he might find them quite useful :-D :-D

good evening peeps, only just seen this as been without a computer for several weeks but back online now.
really sorry mr daff that you have been poorly. heres hoping the antibiotics do their job so you wil be back home real soon.

Hi gang,

Took Mr. Daff his goodies, he's still on oxygen and IV antibiotics :-( and he is right opposite the nurses station and we all know that means NO SLEEP!

They are going to review on Monday so he is desperate for his INR to stabilise and the infection to have cleared.

I kept telling him we have his overalls and hammer at the ready :-D

So, I'll update you when I get further info.

Went to visit last night and he is very grumpy, on oxygen and bored rigid:-( going back tonight with a book and goodies:-) he is waiting for more tests
