When you are offered free erection you do prepare yourself properly.

After all,you wouldn't want to waste it.

They had a cup of tea half way through as well.

It seems the site was fully prepared for the erection, thats why it did,nt take long with two of them( Normally called a Gang ) it just had to be a Quicky Erection of which The Gang are justifiably proud :-D,They normally do four or five a day , which can be strenuous and strength sapping. :-S :-D :-D :-Dof course lot depends on the screwing and the type used, could be either left or right hand thread , british standard or phillips, usually you,re given a choice of which you prefer. If its done at the beginning of the day the results are good as the gang are fresh, but at the end not so good as they are rather depleted in energy and even have to recharge their batteries to finish the job properly. :-D :-D :-D

bricks would be likely to wobble and you could fall off and injure yourself - you could end up flat on your back with lots on top of you

Mersey

Mersey Report 30 May 2012 12:40

Try it on bricks!!

>>>>>>>>>>runs at thought of Rats urghhhhh

Mersey

Mersey Report 30 May 2012 12:38

And when something so big comes down you certainly know about it!!! jeeeeez so disappointing and then you have the problem of starting all over again!!!.... :-(

Its such a worry!! ;-)

Sharron

Sharron Report 30 May 2012 12:38

If you have it on the grass there is always the risk of having rats in the bottom.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 30 May 2012 12:36

wouldn't really want to have it up on a slab of concrete! think grass would be preferable

Muffyxx

Muffyxx Report 30 May 2012 12:33

Awww I'm so glad you've got it up :-D

Island

Island Report 30 May 2012 12:32

Sharron Report 30 May 2012 12:32

Up the garden on a slab of concrete.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 30 May 2012 12:32

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 30 May 2012 12:30

Sharron

Sharron Report 30 May 2012 12:28

They didn't charge anything, that is the beauty of a free erection.

And you can choose where they do it.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 30 May 2012 12:10

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 30 May 2012 12:09

this is a kosher thread on putting up a shed in Shelley's garden and if anyone can find anything different I'd be pleased to know

when your OH went out with the dog did he say "I will be back"?

and regarding erecting, I'm surprised to learn that such a task can last this long - I would have thought ten minutes max on a good day!!! what do the rest of you think would be a reasonable time? Ball park figure?
