Yes Suzanne, as Sylvia says, get together with your neighbours to fight this, don't do it individually.

Suzanne, I believe that if your garden has been fenced in for twelve years or more then that land becomes yours, that is what I have always understood, It's worth checking up on. I suggest you get together with your neighbours and take legal advice from the C.A.B.

Best of luck with your fight !!!

I wonder if the warnings are auto generated.

ChrisofWessex

ChrisofWessex Report 8 Mar 2012 22:34

Why should I get a warning letter and my thread which basically quoted GR's terms and conditions etc back to them highlighting their lack of care to us, their customers, was completely removed.

I wrote to Katie this morning, wonder if I will get a reply?

The other two threads - Suzanne's and mine were reinstated but not the last one of mine - was as I have already said completely removed.

Suzanne

Suzanne Report 8 Mar 2012 19:36

I cant under stand why this thread was removed, then re-instated,and i still got a warning from GR? what for? someones losing the plot. :-) :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S

chrikey Suzzanne,,,do you feel like you keep rising from the ashes,,,,all this resurrecting. :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-).

are GR intending that threat for the RR'r and not you??or doesnt the person dealing with the RR know which button they are suposed to press in your support!!

Suzanne Report 8 Mar 2012 19:01

hi just got home from work.
dont know whats going on.like you chris,i also recieved a warning letter timed at 08.19am.....
this is the 12th time ive been warned for nothing.x

ChrisofWessex

ChrisofWessex Report 8 Mar 2012 11:17

If the posts were reinstated by 8.21 a.m. why did I receive a warning letter timed at 8.20 am??

I have replied to this letter asking for an explanation as to where I broke rules etc and quoted Section 8 to them.

I also asked if it was correct that non-paying members (never heard such a term before) could RR and if so, this was a practise which should be ceased immediately.

My beef now is with GR - they are not protecting either their members or the site.

Waiting for a possible RR or a ban............................

AnninGlos Report 8 Mar 2012 09:42

Good they have dealt with it. To get back to the original Suzanne it looks as if you have a couple of options. Try your council planning department and then the Land registry, they should be in the phone book.

TeresaW Report 8 Mar 2012 08:37

We wouldn't know of said person has been barred from the site, or even contacted by GR. They can't come forward to admit it was them, so they're hardly going to tell us they've been dealt with :-D

Kay????

Kay???? Report 8 Mar 2012 08:31

they are seem to be taking no action........! just reinstating the post isnt justified.!

TeresaW

TeresaW Report 8 Mar 2012 08:21

Nice to see posts reinstated. Let's hope that's more than will happen to the spiteful person who RR'd and victimised Suzanne again last night.
