My kids didn't have mobiles till they were 16, and then they paid for them out of pocket money and odd jobs

I won't have her go without a phone in case I need to get in touch with her when she's out and about...so she can use the family spare....ok it's a bit........naff.....but it does the job lol.

If she doesn't want to pay she can continue to use that.
