Was it he who doesn't have the legs for a kilt Ann? :-D

I would like to add that hulking great wrestler Giant Haystacks forename was Shirley.

Even if I say I am female I could be lying so what would be the point of saying what gender we are? Surely we are all mindful of not meeting up with a stranger without additional company?
I met up with Wend and Auntie Motie last year - lovely fellas. :-D

Wend

Wend Report 11 Feb 2012 10:53

Ooh, I disagree Ann, not enough information :-D

I saw it last night late, and it was fine, though it may have been me saying that you don't really need to know ( and he/she might not tell you anyway) unless you want to flirt or perhaps discuss 'women's problems' with someone you know is a woman ( no offence meant to any men who are also well up on the subject :-D )

Wend

Looking at those on this thread, one might 'could' assume SRS is male, Jiminy Cricket male, Island could be either but it wouldn't change how I talk to them :-D

Island, morning babes. I have never been so bloomin' cold. Open windows, bah. Ours are frozen shut. Couldn't open them if I tried.
Was just looking at a picture of sailors shovelling snow off the decks of a ship in the Russian Convoys. No wonder me old Dad is hardy. It must have toughened him up. He don't get as cold as me.

I also said on Puss's thread that years ago on here a member (who shall be nameless) asked me if a was a man :-S because I 'wrote like a man' :-S...now how does that work I wonder?...........* hope I haven't put my size sixteen boots into trouble :-0 :-(

...and there used to be someone on GR with the name ' George who's a woman'..........

I think you can usually tell, although there are some ladies who have perhaps a more masculine tone to their writing, a hint of testosterone lolol, and men more in touch with their feminine side.

I remember back in the 70s when a school friend and I happened to be walking up a hill behind a sturdy young man in jeans with lovely long hair and friend wolf whistling at him...till 'he' turned round...oops :-D
