	Many thanks everyone I has clinic yesterday & everything seems to be going well......Got the results of a bone scan i had just to see the density of them.....& they were fine so im thinking all these years of taking vitamins seem to be a good thing. Back up there again in 6 weeks but was told that how my skin looks at the mo will get worst over the next couple of weeks
