Hello John, hello and gonna ignore you too now, lol. :-D

LG you do have a big family, how lovely.

I am a middle aged orphan.......................no Mummy or Daddy now, sobs.

Just imagine me in my poor little patched dress, boots and a ribbon tied in my hair!

Blows into a snotty hankie.

Wanders off, trailing boot laces.............................

Emma Had better reply or I will be accused of being rude. Heaven forbid :-D :-D

I only read the start of this thread. I thought it must have gone on a bit to have had so many posts. And lovely you all get on so well. Clicky is good. Cliquy can be very destructive of both speaker and hearer. :-D :-D

Hello John, as you see this thread by Barbra started off with
the serious question of being ignored and has turned into a
funny, cheeky and down right rude thread at times BUT we
all know its in fun and would not be deliberately hurtful to one
another, and lets admit it Barbra needs telling off at times. :-D :-D

We are all thick on here ;-) sorry that should read thick skinned :-D
John haste ye back and be prepared to take a ribbing at times. ;-) ;-)
I'm sure you would be able to give as good as you get.

I looked at OP and I have said exactly the same since I came on Community 4 weeks ago (ie too cliquy, not sensitive to newbie problems). Have been denounced by same people who told Barbra off.

Just don't be sensitive about it would be my advice. Imagine the critics with no clothes on, and that helps a lot (and brings a smile when you want to be cross). If some choose to ignore you, they are not the sort you want or need to chat to anyway.

I am amazed by how many people I have upset since I tried this means of communication for first time, and just how many of those upsettees are now comfortable with me. And can share a joke with me and also laugh at me. :-D :-D :-D
