I do normally enjoy X Factor but tonights watching seemed unbearable with all that cat and mouse playing with their emotions. Yes, one does wonder how their mental health will suffer in the coming months and years after such tension and high emotion.

Louis was on a different planet.

Thank goodness that Goldie left and gave a chance to Sami.

Kitty is going to be trouble.

Why did Frankie get through in the Boys section.

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 2 Oct 2011 22:18

Did they say why Goldie left.? Not that I am sorry.

Silly Sausage Report 2 Oct 2011 22:19

Kitty is going to be trouble with a cap T......hopefully the great voting British public will get shut of her ..SOON :-(

At least now this year are no "novelty acts"..Goldie deciding to leave has saved us from that at least....though can`t belive Louis didn`t pick Sami in the 1st place...

Agree ..think Kitty will be trouble, and will probably be voted off early on

After the last 2 years of Jedward and Wagner it will be refreshing to have a competiotion full of genuine singers....

GB.... I think Frankie went thru in the boys section as the young girls will love him...they`ve admited he hasnt the best voice ,but I think he probably has the xfactor.

They`ve said theres a Twist next week..wonder what that will be??

What is the male version of slut ?

Can not see why the girls would be interested in Frankie when he has the names of his "conquests" on his bum !!!!

The lad that got through to the judges house last year would have been a better choice.

Thought the groups were the worst category.

Nickydownsouth

Nickydownsouth Report 2 Oct 2011 23:57

Felt really sorry for the lad that missed out 2 years running..to be so close yet so far must be awful....

No what you mean about Frankie......

Was suprised that young Jade from Scotland wasn`t picked for the girls...

John (Jon?) I think was the name of the lad who missed out for the second time. And I thought he had a good voice, but what do I know? I can see why they picked Frankie but he is sooo scruffy.

I wonder if the twist is one of those times they go round and tell somebody who was out that they are in fact in.

Does anyone else think they enjoy playing on the emotions of the contestants (While protesting how they 'hate' to have to do it) by dragging it out so long they are shaking with nerves and emotion? It means so much to the contestants but so little to most of the judges.

Lynne Report 3 Oct 2011 10:22

I m thinking that the judges have to swap acts eg Louie has girls Gary has groups etc, that will stir things up lol.

Silly Sausage

Silly Sausage Report 3 Oct 2011 12:12

I would prefer the swapping of groups to this bringing back acts they have got shut of... :-(

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 3 Oct 2011 12:32

And me. But wouldn't put anything past them.

I see that in the papaer Gary Barlow and Robbie W say they think 16 may be too young for entrants to cope. Two 16 year olds who went out, (1 boy, 1 girl) were both sobbing after being told they weren't going through. Not sure you can generalise though, some 16 year olds are more mature than others. I think they would be better looking at the way they are told, dragging it out is very stressful for all of them.

Well....... 1st show over and what a night!!!!!

Loved ......The Risk, Sami, Mischa B, Marcus, Craig Colton and Janet Devlin ...and hate to admit it but Kitty was excellent, with no tantrums or strops....lets hope she keeps it up.

The Twist tommorow will be hard...who will each of the judges get rid of..??

Silly Sausage Report 8 Oct 2011 23:21

Nicky

I have made my decision it hasnt been easy and I have shocked myself some I have rooted for since the first of auditions but going off tonights performances ....I feel I have choosen wisely..

For the over 25's....suprisingly its Johnnny shocking vocals I have heard better rusbbishy kareokee versions of Cher's do you believe and I know I have done it...

For the groups.............toss up 2 shoes ( how many bun notes did that blonde sing I lost count after 6) or the young first boyband....just terrible..

For the girls.......now this is the hardest as Kelly has choosen very well, I think I will say Sophie which is a shame as she opened the show which couldnt of been easy...

For the boys......easy the lad James I think his name is for Widness who sang the Beatles song ticket to ride...

and to add a bit more of a twist Kitty...... dont like her cant stand her and didnt think she did a great job to be honest,

:-P :-P :-P
