I think it does always tail off over the summer when people are out and about. Hopefully it may pick up now. Another thing is that whereas the Oz and NZ contingent used to post fun threads on here. Like Allen I am remembering the pantomime and how Perse had us in fits of laughter with PP as well, they now seem to stick to the Aussie thread which is a shame and divisive for the rest of us. I know we are welcome on there and also the friendly thread but it does defeat the objective of an all inclusive chat board.

Island, if I was to get it out in the open, I would be arrested.....Just like my development :-D

Hi Ann, don't forget CC and all the others who contributed as well. I do know that some have had a couple of setbacks which may relate to why they no longer post on the humorous threads, but hopefully, given time, they may once again contribute

Allan Report 5 Sep 2011 12:30

OK Emma,

I'll go and see my Knee Doctor, who is actually a pygmy: great for my knees but we don't see eye to eye on anything else!

'Emma'

'Emma' Report 5 Sep 2011 12:44

Well that makes sense Allan, why would you see eye to eye
if he's a knee doctor, if he was an eye doctor then i could see
the point. :-S ;-)

Allan

Allan Report 5 Sep 2011 12:48

Ahhh, but Emma, if I could see the point, would I need an eye doctor??? :-D

Perhaps things will pick up now that the gardening season is almost over,I for one have been very busy in mine, and after doing that, cooking a meal and pretending to do some housework, I am knackered and shufty off to bed with my cat.

Nina,up to the neck in mud and farmyard manure...................again!!! :-D :-D :-D :-S

Haloooooo,

Whatya been up to Island?

I have been at work, in the New Forest and went to see Allen Carr on his tour in Cambridge on Friday night.
Daughter and I were crying he was so funny.

The most funny thing, was the po faced woman who was sitting in front of us and did not even raise a titter the whole evening. It made me and K laugh even more :-D :-D :-D
