There is a public house in Blackstock Road called the Bank of Friendship. A relation of mine used to run it. He was the Landlord in 1911 and I do not know how long he was there from then onwards. His son of the same name was killed in the first world war. He had a daughter Edith Mary and another Winifred Rosa. Winifred married late so I do not think she had any children I wondered even though it is a long shot if anybody knew of any link to Edith. Smith is a very hard name to research.
