	My Dad had a glass the old Irish necter everyday once he retired, at 10am in the morning, and did so till he was 89 and 3 months. His neighbours who are all going strong used to join him with a glass of beer and two of them had a nip of whisky. :-D Teresa "raising a glass to you all" :-)

	I read it as booze FEAST rather than fast lolololol. :-S It's an easy enough mistake to make !!! Just add an E to your fast and go for it BC...much more fun !!! :-D

	Carol, would you like my share, seeing as you have finished your bottle? You could share it with BC, cause if she has my share it won't break her fast will it?. It will have to be a whole weeks supply at a time. carol ps that is working on the same principal as a broken biscuit leaks calories :-D
