I dont read nonsese like that !! I will have the odd tipple as and when I get the urge which can be quite frequent !!. My annual MOT shows al my vitals are OK for my age (whatever that is lol) :-( :-D :

Well I shall keep drinking red wine. About 11 yrs ago we gave up drinking, what happened after two weeks, I had a heart attack., think the wine was the only thing that kept the blood flowing. Well even my Dr. said red wine was good for my heart ;-)

So now I have absolutely nothing to look forward to then. Hubby has a bottle of glenfiddich in the bedroom might get him to swig it more often as he got it for christmas and its only a quarter gone and when he has it he falls asleep quicker and dont snore so much.

Everytime I look in my baking cupboard I think of you BC a stheres a baileys miniture in there staring back at me.

.........you might not believe me ,but, when I drink Vodka and Tonic I can walk in a much straighter line than when I'm sober :-D and it makes me feel good :-D :-D

Apparently it's the liver, which isn't able to process alcohol as quickly. I think thats a generalisation based on the results of a few known old soaks, not those who drink socially and don't have a problem with alcohol, (other than there not being enough of it :-D)
