Member Since: July 2007 Posts: 186 Send Message	hi all i have a new laptop and can no longer open up the census records. it tells me to down load a file . i have down loaded it about 7 times now and shut down and opened up computer every time but still cant open census records please help in simple form please many thanks lorraine
