I thought Id managed to get back into the GR swing, but everytime I go to log out, I get the same message again, then do again as before click on any GR link in google, and I find Im still logged in, strange :-S

Phew, Ive been with GR for a few days, just kept getting message "GR is doing essential maintainance, decided just to take a chance and click on anything to do with GR in google, and here I find it. Thank goodness

Well, Im on im off. I have tried all different places to sign in and i haven't been on for nearly two days,as it says i couldn't. I'm here now, but for how long. I don't have internet anything, as my computer won't let me download it, so if this keeps happening, i'm pretty well stuffed to say the least :-S :-(

I hope compensation comes to all members, not just to those who email gr to complain. ;-)

An extra weeks membership for all paying members would cover it and be fairer than just compensating some.GR has done this before, so can do so again as a gesture of good will :-D

Caz, I've been getting the message "ERROR this page does not exist" a few times throughout each day, as well as the " we are doing essential maintenance" one. I am sick of it, it just seems to be going on and on. Oh well I supose that we will all just have to grin and bear it, until GR can hopefully get it sorted.

GR team cant commit to anything I supose ,GR can put a proposal forward and Brightsolid the site owners have the hand to aprove or not.....its BS revenue that will be at a loss.

Hello Genes, I can only do it if the error message comes back, it only happened once yesterday, to be honest it was more of a laugh than anything else, gave me a giggle anyway, but to say the site doesn't exsist when I'm using it is ridiculous.

Good morning campers.....and I mean campers...as I've been 'outside'and not able to access this site for 24 hours!!! I use IE8

Sent email to support and have not received an answer.Read on FB that Brightsolid has had trouble with their other sites ie Find My Past etc. not sure if info. is 100% or not.

Feel members should be compensated in some way.....my subscription is due next month too....

Hi Jude,

At the top pf your keyboard there is a button that says PrtScr. If you press this it should copy everything of the screen and then if you paste this in an email, I will be able to see the exact error you are seeing.

you will have a Print Screen to the far right of your keyboard.....press ,,,it will copy to the clipboard in paint programe so this is the place to find it as it will look like nothings happened,,,,,,,,,,,from there you go to flie & save,,,,but may need cropping ? from there you can then send it to where you wish,this includes email......
