Morning All.

I DO like Dot Cotton, she is the only believable character in the whole show. She has always been a religious person, and that has not changed. She doesn't quote the Bible so much these days, but she has not changed much at all.

Ian is, and always has been a weasel, how these women fall for him beats me. That constant lip-licking. Ugh.

Max is becoming a cartoon character, and Tania is fast becoming Jessica Rabbit. Her clothes are getting tighter by the episode.

Do you think the two new actors who have become Ben Mitchell and Lauren Branning are an improvement on the originals.

I think these two new ones are a bit wooden.

Dont much like the new Moon brothers either. This antiques business is a bit daft. They aint selling antiques are they?

I hope Ronnie Mitchell stays in the South Pacific. I got sick of her moaning and as for her sister............... I sometimes don't even bother to watch East Enders now. All that shouting. I don't know how it beats Corrie at the awards.

Rita, Samantha Womack was on The One Show yesterday, talking about South Pacific.

It opens at The Barbican, then goes on tour around the country.

They got a satellite link to America, and she spoke with Mitzi Gaynor who was in the film South Pacific in the 1950's.

Mitzi looked great, although I think she may have had a little work done.

Apparently there are a few more Moon boys to be added to the family.

Yawn. I'm fed with with the cocky little so and so's already.

They are

Blue Moon
Half Moon
Crescent Moon
and Full Moon.

I think they need a bit of new blood in the show, the more established characters are getting a bit stale, and the stories a bit jaded.

Neverthless I love June Brown. I think her portrayal when Jim was taken into care was heartbreaking.

Ah the lovely David Essex.

I saw him singing at the Finsbury Park Astoria in about 1966. He was just a support act for the Small Faces.

He had a mop of hair and wore a suit. Before he went into West End Musicals.

Liked him because he was pretty, but a bit dangerous at the same time. :-)

Liz he is a 'rat bag' lol. He was to marry ??? whatshername Tamwars mum,thats why all the bother with his Dad.

You do get a shock when you see stars age.
Mel Gibson hasnt done too badly...looks that is. Clint Eastwood used to be a hunk but now he loks more like 'Clyde' his pet ape in ???films lol

I was expecting what I saw as David has been on tv progs over the years so watched him age gradually. Funny how we accept ourselves ageing but not stars and people we heroworshipped/adored/ fancied etc etc when we were younger lol

I do hate that Dr whose daughter is married to Tamwar, he's another one like Denise's previous husband, sly and manipulative.

So the bathroom mirror is not telling me fibs.

Perhaps it is time for me to wear fully elasticated wastes, wear my trousers at half mast and carry plastic rain hoods in my handbag :-S

He loves it. Spends ages watching everything going around. As soon as I open the door he jumps in .... I always have to check the machine is empty :-D
