well I started off with Secret Squirrel, Keith H called me Red so it became Secret Red Squirrel....then shortly after I changed my name I broke a thread lol

I pasted a link that was too long and the page went all weird as the page width doubled. Daff then nicknamed me 007 1/2...people tend to call me SRS, some call me Red but I've always preferred 007 1/2 because it reminds me of when I broke the thread and Daff was laughing at me lol. It also ties in with the Secret Squirrel/ secret agent theme lol

whilst I wouldn't make excuses for violence, if she was old possibly it 'might' be that she has dementia, or onset of it which can mean the good manners and polite behaviour are 'over-ridden'.

On the other hand she might have been tired of people getting in her way lol, if I had had a brolly in the shopping centre yesterday I might have been tempted! lol

I feel for you.

I work in a shop selling clothes for " the mature lady". We only keep one of each size and colour on the shop floor, restock as they are sold. Each item is steamed to take out the packaging creases.

I was busy steaming "tops" when some old dear decides she wants to get passed me. No "excuse me" or anything else, just pushed me out of the way. End result - huge burn on my arm. To top it all she caught my ankle with her shopping trolley. No "sorry" or anything.

Neither old age or "hard times" excuses bad manners.

From a young (apparently) 58 year old. xx

I nearly died from an "Elbow" attack in a shop that had a sale on Libby!!! Funny to think about it now, but it soo wasn't funny at the time!! :>))

Dizzi . Morning on ur thread u say about school reports . My mother I'n law still has hers from primary and secondary school and she is just coming up to being 70 .

Morning PH are u about Hun. So excited , got and managed to find my grandads birth certificate had to apply to Wrexham registrar . They are sending me a copy ...... Now im happyhappybunny :-))
